We currently ship most of our products worldwide. Our current processing time is 3-4 weeks for custom orders and 5-7 business days for all other items. We offer flat rate shipping as well as expedited shipping options. International shipments are subject to local duty/tax fees and payment of those fees are at the responsibility of the customer.

We ship via USPS and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Every Bark + Willow product is made by hand, to order in our workshop in Southern California. This means each product is unique and might have slight variations.

Choose your product (crewneck, hoodie, doormat, etc.), select your color and size, upload your pet photo(s), and checkout. We'll take it from there.

Yes! We can accommodate any animal as long as the photo is clear – we've drawn dogs, cats, horses, bunnies, birds, lizards and more.

We offer $15 off any repurchase. Email us for your unique code and to confirm that we still have your artwork file!

We often get requests for things like halos, wings, bowties, etc. Leave a note in your cart at checkout and we’ll do our best to accomodate. All custom additions are at the discretion of our artist.
