Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is your shipping policy?
We currently ship most of our products worldwide. Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks for leather orders and 3-5 business days for all other items. We offer flat rate shipping as well as expedited shipping options. International shipments are subject to local duty/tax fees and payment of those fees are at the responsibility of the customer.
We ship via USPS and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Bark + Willow purchase! Because we make every item to order for your pup, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to measure your pup's neck and reference our size guidelines before purchasing.
In the case that you receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at hello@barkandwillow.com.
Where are your products made?
Every Bark + Willow product is made by hand, to order in our workshop in Southern California. This means each product is unique and might have slight variations.

Product Care
Why should I choose genuine leather over "vegan" leather?
There are so many benefits to spending a little more on real, genuine leather. Genuine leather is durable, sustainable, biodegradable and non-toxic. Vegan leather is plastic/made from fossil fuels, falls apart easily, is non-biodegradable and extremely toxic (some even come with a cancer warning - what?!).
Genuine leather is nearly indestructible and will last FOREVER. Not to mention it’s so much better for our environment. It’s worth the investment, we promise!
How do I care for my leather product?
Bark + Willow leather products are made with genuine leather, locally sourced from within the United States. Leather will naturally change with wear. Your leather product will be stiff at first, but rest assured - it will soften up drastically within just a few days of use. We recommend cleaning your leather product with high-quality leather cream or conditioner. If your pup likes to swim, we recommend waterproofing every month or so.
